Recently I read The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg and it was crazy good. If you read it, and I think you should, it will make you take a long hard look at why you do the things you do including how you shop at Target. Currently, I’m using the steps that the author gives to change some habits in my life right now. I’ll share some of them with you later. What habit do you want to change? For now, just re-read Aristotle’s quote. Then read it again. Those are some pretty powerful words.
